The journey from the time you feel a certain uneasiness in your daily life, to the time you contemplate the need for therapy can be a difficult and confusing process. Not being able to understand yourself in different situations could lead you to feel frustrated or anxious.  I understand there is a reason why you are on this page and I just want to let you know that I will do my best to make sure you are not alone in what you are going through.

To stay true to that promise, I work to provide my clients with an open-minded and non-judgemental enclave, one where I try to understand them from their perspective rather than my own. The approaches I use in therapy are person-centred and eclectic which helps alter the course of learning, understanding or healing according to the clients’ personal needs and preferences.

I have worked with clients across different age groups and varied backgrounds, and together we have explored and confronted a range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, dealing with unresolved emotions or past experiences and so on. There is no problem too small or too big because if it is affecting you in any way it is worth working on. You deserve to live a life that you are happy to live in.

In an attempt to make me sound less like a stranger and instead someone you can connect with, here's a little about me: I enjoy listening to music of varied genres and watching well-made movies and anime. Animals and chocolates are my kryptonite. I also play or don’t play the ukulele depending on who is asking.
