My goal for therapy is to be open-minded and provide a safe and inclusive space where the clients feel independent to make their own choices, truly heard, and belonged without any judgement. I believe in ethical mental health practice and working collaboratively with my clients to help them understand themselves, make mistakes and learn from them, use humour once in a while, be more self-compassionate, and grow overall.


My style as a therapist is to primarily use cognitive behaviour therapy, but I usually tend to be flexible according to my client’s needs and use an eclectic approach by combining other approaches like person-centred therapy, gestalt therapy, and narrative approach, depending on what is best suited to your needs.
I have worked with clients from various age groups and backgrounds, and on cases related to suicide and self-harm, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse and trauma, stress, bullying, eating disorder, low self-esteem, anger management, sexual identity, interpersonal issues, and family issues.


Apart from counselling, I love animals/nature, movies/TV shows, books, trying out new food and humour! I am an intersectional feminist and an LGBTQ+ ally. I love to dance like no one is watching or painting whenever I can. I am also open to listening about new things that interest you!​
